What if I can't get exact data from suppliers?¶

Use tiered approach:

1. Best: Exact supplier data (use when available)

Update as better data becomes available.

Can I use one DPP for a product family?¶

No. Each distinct SKU needs its own DPP. However:

• Products differing only in color/size can share most data
• Use template duplication for efficiency

How long must I maintain DPP data?¶

Minimum: Product lifespan + 10 years

Best practice: Indefinitely (storage costs are negligible with cloud platforms)
